As we look to achieve continued growth within our North American business, we are looking provide a growth opportunity for a Business Development Manager.
Job Description:
As a leading specialist in Business development across commercial customers you will sell and promote the full range of ERP solutions and services, direct sales strategies; to fully embed the sales process; and work with Baseplan staff in implementation and customer success to deliver positive sales outcomes.You will actively develop new business and grow the customer base in North America; to regional and commercial accounts with a primary focus on ERP solutions.Salary package is $80k to 90k, with commission earned on contract values for won deals.Key
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop key/strategic accounts with the goal of meeting agreed sales volume and revenue targets, as well as identifying new growth opportunities with a focus on the construction sector. Build and maintain a sales pipeline designed to exceed business plan. Prepare proposals for new projects and implementations, including budgets. Champion and lead B2B's Bid Management in retaining and winning new business. Prepare and present Monthly Business Reviews to highlight changes from plan and corrective action. Establish and maintain valuable relationships with key stakeholders to support and drive ongoing profitable growth. Be an active member of the Global sales team and collaborate closely with counterparts in head office. Ensure prospects, opportunities and field activities are captured and reported through the Customer Relationship system (CRM) software.About you:

Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Business/marketing preferred Experience in a client-facing role with minimum 4 years' sales experience at a corporate level is essential. Proven experience in understanding and the software development life cycle. System exposure of ERP software. Proficient computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, Project (Desirable) and SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective client relationships. Ability to operate independently as-well-as in a global team. Proactive problem-solving and ability to take initiative. Conflict management, negotiation, and resolution skills.Worker Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
