The Division Senior Vice President - HVAC Wholesale is responsible for leading and managing sales and profitability within a designated division.
The primary purpose of this position is to achieve revenue and operating profit growth targets through effective leadership and to represent the company as a leader in the industry ensuring maximum sales.
Each Division consists of multiple regions and territories selling and distributing multiple brands of equipment, brands, parts and supplies.
The ultimate goal of this role is to successfully manage the overall sales and marketing of the division.
Minimum 10 years of progressive, senior sales and operations leadership role in the HVAC industry and product lines associated with HVAC; experience managing wholesale HVAC equipment supply houses.
Proficiency in air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.
5 years of experience in residential and commercial contractor relationships.
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field; Masters preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
