Position Summary
The Account Executive, Consumer Health will be responsible for growing Catalent's VMS and Private Label OTC business in North America. He / She will be focused on the development and penetration of Consumer Health customers. Specifically, the Account Director, Consumer Health is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing new development and commercial supply business for VMS and Private Label OTC products with new and existing customers, and managing business relationships with existing customers and drive revenue growth from assigned accounts.
The Role
Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities within assigned portfolio of accounts (existing customers and prospects). This includes but not limited to identifying key account decision-makers and influencers, preparing well for calls/visits, anticipating and addressing barriers; documenting and validating customer needs prior to presenting solutions.
In cooperation with Product Development (PD), Marketing and other site support function, prepare and present to customers quotations for product opportunities.
Cooperate with management, Legal department and Finance to prepare and negotiate development and commercial supply agreements.
Manage ongoing business relationships with assigned customers. Responsibilities include pricing, contract renewal/amendments, revenue forecasting and tracking, periodic business review meetings, and other customer service related issues.
Understanding customer's decision-making processes and identifying each key decision maker's individual issues and wins.
Setting account objectives and establishing account plans to drive execution and achieve financial targets.
Communicating in a compelling way and providing proof of value to the customer.
Conducting discussions (internally and with customers) and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
Cross-selling other Catalent service offerings to customer as may be appropriate.
The Candidate
BS/BA degree is required, while an advanced scientific degree and/or an MBA degree are preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of industry experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in B2B contract manufacturing space for pharmaceutical, OTC, and/or Nutritional products.
Proven track record with new account development.
Proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work, manage travel, and balance multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively as a member of cross-functional teams, and effectively interact with scientists and technical staff from customers and within the Catalent organization.
Willing and able to travel up to 60% to visit customers as well as meet with customers at Catalent's manufacturing facilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
